Volunteers Wanted! 

Volunteers are needed to help with the 2012 Dive & Travel Expo on April 20-22, 2012 at the Tacoma Convention Center in Tacoma, WA.  We expect over 7000 divers and non-divers to attend this event. 
All volunteers must register and fill out a short application. Divers and non-divers are encouraged to volunteer. 
Volunteer Appreciation Package:

You will receive free admission to the Expo (admission is only for the EXPO and not the Treasure Hunt), as well as a t-shirt and be eligible for all prize drawings (you do not have to be a diver to qualify for prizes – including Treasure Hunt Volunteers).  Volunteers who work more than 4 hours a day will be provided a meal coupon at the Expo site.

Volunteers needed for:
•  Treasure Hunt assistance at Owen Beach in Tacoma, WA – Sunday April 22, 2012
• Setting up and assisting at the registration booth – Friday, Saturday, Sunday April 20-22, 2012
•   Security issues involved with gear and booths – Friday, Saturday, Sunday April 20-22, 2012
•   Audio/Visual equipment for the show and film festival
•     Assist attendees
•   Various tasks as requested by event coordinators

Time to Arrive:
Volunteers can sign up for Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the Expo site and Sunday at Owen Beach for the Treasure Hunt.
We ask that you arrive at least ½ hour before your volunteer start time for a brief orientation and assignment of duties. Treasure Hunt Volunteers will receive separate instructions.
