Dive & Travel Expo

Donate a product or service to the Dive & Travel Expo to be used in promotion of the Expo and get a promotional package of advertising goodies in exchange. These are non-cash donations of products and services.

Bronze Sponsor: Prize Valued at $150-$500
The Bronze sponsorships will be used in promotion of the show. Get an ad in direct proportion to your donation in the show program. Your company logo will be shown prominently in our program where the Photo Contest is listed.  You will also receive a direct link on the Dive and Travel Expo Web site.

Silver Sponsor: Prize valued at $500-$1000
Your logo will be listed in the show program. Get an ad in the show program, direct link on sponsors page on web site plus a 250 word listing for sponsors page on website.

Gold Sponsor: Prize Valued at $1000-$2500
In addition to the Silver Sponsorship benefits, you will also receive a logo displayed on the Seminar program, and Saturday night Film Festival Screens during the show.  You will also have ad in the show program. Web link on our site and magazine company profile (250 words) and web site.

Platinum Sponsor: Prize Valued Over $2500 or more
In addition to the Gold Sponsorship benefits, you will also receive a corporate logo on the Saturday Film Festival Tickets, and a complementary 10’x10’ booth space for the 2008 or 2009 show (for cash donations only) and a web banner and 500 word profile in magazine and web site.

Sponsorship Categories:

• Treasure Hunt – items given away to Treasure Hunt participants as prizes. All products will be given away and claimed by winners at the Expo on Saturday at 4:30 pm. A sign and web site will announce prizes, sponsors and winners.
• Silent Auction – proceeds from the silent auction will be used to found a dive charity associated with this event (Washington 501, application for federal 501c3 submitted). This charity money will be used to promote diving in the PNW and aquatic education for youth. These items will be held in a silent auction at the Expo site and all (100%) proceeds will be held and given away as grants or scholarships at next years show.
• Door Prizes – All attendees will be entered to win free door prizes, that will be given away during the event. Winners need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by signage at event, mail, email and phone.
• Photo and Video Contest Sponsorship – Very limited quantities available.
• Donate your item to the winners of our photo and video competition. Get your company recognized and noticed at our film festival on Saturday night.
