They will hold the shipment/freight and take it to the show where they will either deliver your shipment to the cargo holding area or your booth (based on your arrangements with them). Volunteer staff will be available the day of set-up to assist exhibitors with delivery of items to their booths.

Inbound Shipping:  

Arriving THE DAY of the Expo (May 21, 2010)

Our convention center CANNOT accept your shipment until the day of the show.

If your shipment arrives at the loading dock – our staff will move it to the waiting area for you to pick up.

You can pick up your shipment from the loading dock area during set-up. If you are unable or unwilling, you can arrange with our decorator to move your stuff at reasonable rates on site.

Outbound Shipping

You have two choices:

·         Our outbound shipping company is ELITE XPO.

Please contact them to get a quote on shipping. They will be on site to arrange movement from your booth:

IMPORTANT TIMES, DATES, and FAQs:

• We will have a holding area at the Convention Center to store your shipping box.
• Drop off of Shipments/Freight may occur after 7:00AM on Friday May 21, 2010.
• SET –UP at the Convention Center may begin on Friday May 21, 2010 at 12:00pm (NO earlier as the decorators will only have access to the show floor)
• TEAR-DOWN at the Convention Center may begin Sunday May 23, 2010 after 4:00PM until 10:00PM.
