Bubbles Below in Woodinville, WA is taking a step to help local divers with free workshops the last Friday of every month in 2012. The dive workshops will focus on skills that every diver needs to master such as night diving, Spear fishing and drift diving. Owner Bud Grey wants to offer divers of all skill levels the chance to enhance their skills for free.
